The Challenge

PlanetaKino - is the cinema network in Ukraine. The main problem was a lot of traffic, but small sales of tickets to IMAX cinemas.

The Strategy

We implemented all features of advanced analytics: event tracking, goal funnel, user-ID, cross-device tracking, apps downloading, eCommerce tracking, social media signal, etc. The main idea was to separate all users in different segments depending on their behavior. We used eCommerce tracking not only for ticket purchases, but for movie searches on the website. We used different remarketing strategies to reach customers according to their movie searches and interests.
